1.  For each situation listed here give at least two options of a possible procedure at finding a solution. List the simple things first but you can add any other steps that you feel may help find the solution.  

a.  A computer has no power or will not turn on what would you check?

b.  Screen is black but power light is on for a desktop.

c.  Sound not working.

d. The printer is not working

e. The computer is slow

f.  PC is not working on the Network

g. New video card not working

h. The piece of hardware you installed is not working.

i. The mouse is not working correctly.

j. The keyboard is not working.
